We will quickly answer you back, often the same day with a price and availability. We then wait for your confirmation and that's it, sit back and count down the days to your holiday in Majorca!
When you land at Palma de Mallorca International Airport, proceed to the luggage belts, collect your luggage and exit the baggage area to the arrivals hall. There are five electric sliding doors to come out of the luggage area and we will be waiting for you outside the main one in the centre, Exit 'C'.
That's it! During your stay we issue you with a phone number that you may contact us on if you have any problems or queries. Also you need to advise us if there are any changes with your departure details or times during your stay that contradict what we previously arranged.

To make life simple we meet you exactly where you picked up your equipment from. This way you already know where it is, the location is on the way back from the rent-a-car exchange and the departures lounge is only 20 metres away up one floor in an elevator.
And that's it! It may sound complicated but it's not. We just like to give detailed instructions just so there is no confusion or misunderstanding. If you have any special requests (severely disabled or hiring large / heavy equipment) please make a note in your quote.
We try our best to monitor everyones flight and if we notice that your flight is coming in early we will do our best to get there a little earlier however in summer months it is not always possible. Our storage unit is a 25 minute drive away so if you land very early it is not a bad idea to send us a message informing us you have done so.
Call us! During our booking confirmation we will give you the number of the driver who will be meeting you with your goods so if you are stuck you can always call us.
We try to check flight statuses before we leave to bring you your goods however if we didn’t catch it, don’t worry, we will wait however if you are severely delayed we ask you to send us a message or quick call before hand so we can reschedule a time.
Don’t worry! We can reschedule a drop-off time however you must let us know before hand either by SMS, email or phone call.
If your flight has been cancelled it is imperative that you let us know. As we have already said it is impossible that we check all incoming flights so please make sure you let us know if your flight has been cancelled.
